Tugboat Fender Specifications:
Tugboat fenders are used to protect the bow and stern against the torch hull.
The basic design is a cylindrical fender, but with additional circumferential grooves for chain or nylon straps and tapered ends. Cylindrical tugboat fenders are usually secured by through-chains.
Tugboat fenders have a standard diameter of up to 1000 mm and a continuous or connected length of up to 20 m (length is limited only by handling and transportation). The long section is usually divided into 2 or 3 sections.
