EVA Foam filled fender is filled with high density foam. Nowadays, they are widely used in docks, ships, boats and vessels. High energy-absorption, corrosion resistance as well as anti-tearing. They can protect the docks and all the ships well when stopped.

Florescence polyurethane foam filled fender is the perfect solution for storm conditions, having the potential to outperform pneumatic units during severe weather. Additionally, since the internal construction consists of a solid foam core, there is no need to maintain air pressure, inflation, valves as pneumatic fenders. They are ideal for existing structures and certain hull types such as catamarans and cruise ships.
Application of EVA Fender
1.Abrasive resistance is 3-5 times better than natural rubber.
2.Oil resistivity is 4 times better than NBR (nitrile rubber buna).
3.Mechanical strength is high, the breaking strength, tear strength and the bearing capacity is much better than the normal rubber material!
4.Acid an alkali-resistant, low temperature resistance, solvent resistance.
5.Cohesive strength is high with metal frame plate.
6.Hardness range is wide, from shore A10 to A1000

Construction of Florescence Foam Filled Fender
Our Foam Filled Fenders are constructed of three parts each providing an important function in the construction and lifespan of the fender. The
three parts are (1) The closed cell EVA foam. (2) Outer rubber + nylon cord fabrics. (3) Polyurea spraying coat.
The closed cell EVA foam core used inside offers un-sink ability during operation.
Outer Rubber + Nylon Cord Fabrics
The outer rubber + nylon cord fabrics is specifically designed to seal EVA foam inside and to prevent any leakage.
Polyurea Spraying Coating
Polyurea coating is permanent spray on coatings that protect the surface of fender body. It is more durable than rubberand flexible in all weather conditions; no softening in heat or becoming brittle in cold. Dent, scratch and chemical resistant
