New design of anti-bursting construction at the end
For our new generation of airbags. Both the rubber compounding and making process are improved so that their structural tearing strengths are improved and so for their capacity for twisting and compression resistance. The deflating possibility would increase at the joint of the end ironwork and the rubber as the working pressure rises .Once it leaks at the end after repeated operation, the end would be more likely to burst out under the high pressure and injure the people. Such accidents due to poor air bag quality have happened many times in the ship launching .We should keep alert on it . To meet the requirement on the air tightness under high internal pressure, the new anti-blasting construction is designed with the end to enhance the binding strength and air tightness at the joint of the bag body and end ironwork. . This design could meet the increased working pressure and has been free of the leakage so far in use and proved safe .
Optimized structural layout
The principle for optimizing the structural layout is to determine the size and orientation of the major stress in the working process, and then adjust the angle of the cord yarn at each layer to equalize the stressing onto each later more or less in order to give a full play to the efficiency of the fortifying fiber. For this purpose .we have established the strength model for the inflating rubber airbag and also tested the compressive property. We also studied the variation law of the size and orientation of the major stress on the bag wall and found out the best cord yarn layout. The new design has been proved very successful through bursting test and in-service use.
The structure of Florescence rubber airbag:
It consists of a bag body and an iron-end component. The bag body is manufactured by vulcanizing the preliminary shaped airbag made of base rubber and reinforced fiber material. The material of the iron- end component is metal, and it is connected to the bag body firmly.

Storage of the air bag
* If the air bag will not used for quite a long time, it shall be washed and dried, filled with French chalk inside and coated with French chalk outside as well as put in dry, shady and ventilated place in the room.
* Place storing the air bag shall be far away from the heat source.
*The air bag can’t contact with acid, alkali, grease and organic solvents.
* The air bag should be stretched flat when not used. it’s not allowed to pole up and stack heavy object on the air bag.
