Marine rubber airbags have the best designed structure which consists of five different functional membranes in rubber layers.
1) Outer rubber layer
The outer rubber layer that covers the outside of marine airbag to protect under layers from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile and tearing strength to withstand any condition and hard usage.
2) Inner rubber layer
The inner rubber layer seals pressurized air inside marine airbags.
3) Synthetic-tire-cord layer as reinforcement
The reinforcement cord layers, which are made of synthetic-tire-cord commonly used in tires, are arranged at ideal angles to hold the internal pressure and distribute stress evenly. So they can provide strong efficient reinforcement.

One piece bag can lift heavy structures ranging form 70 tons to 1,000 tons in weight. Normally, caissons up to 5,000 tons or up to 2,000 tons can be lift by our marine rubber airbags.

When airbags are taking the load, they can roll steadily with large contact area and less reaction force to secure a smooth transportation and relocation.
4.Easy to operation
Only compacted ground and minimum facilities such as trolleys are needed. Meanwhile, heavy lifting airbags are easy to install as the deflated airbags are very fat and small to be placed under vessel's hull.

Using airbags helps to decrease 70% budget comparing with traditional lifting methods.
Attentions during airbag use and ship launching
1.The airbags must be checked if the pressure gauge is normal before used.
2.The working pressure of the airbag when used should compare the data in the bearing capacity from mustn't use excessive pressure.
3.It must clean the sharp and protruding hard objects on the ground which could contact with the airbag body before the airbag being used, in case it punchures the skin of the airbag.
4.The distance of the airbag under the ship should no less than 1.5m,the distance after compression should at least 0.8m, in case it occours the airbag overlapping phenomenon when the ship launching.
5.Lifting after the airbag be forced under the snip, when most of the ship is raised up,demount the pier-top and force the rolling airbag at the same time. If there is one or two pier-top impacted which is difficult to take out, do not let the works force to demount the pier-top,if the pier-top is demounted, it is easy to suffer from the slip gravity, and then will make the airbag explosive. The workers should check the working pressure of the airbag.
