The use of memory foams for the fender core, which have high compressive strengths, results in an ability to absorb a great deal of energy during marine operations. This is complemented by low reaction forces, making berthing operations easier – especially in difficult conditions. Users also gain peace of mind from knowing that the closed cell structure of the foams used means that these fenders are virtually unsinkable and will keep functioning – even if damaged beyond viable repair.
Foam Filled Fenders’ parameters are available in diameters from 300 mm to 4,500 mm and lengths from 800 mm to 10,600 mm, Depends on the different used and applications,the fenders could be installed with a two or four point mounting system. Standard colors of foam filled fenders are black and orange, if any special requests from our customers we are willing to offer personal options for colors.
Our floating foam fenders also have a simple yet unique internal structure, which allows the shear loads to be absorbed by a through-chain arrangement terminating in end-shackles rather than the body of the fender itself. This has been engineered so that in the event of overload, any damaged components of this system can be replaced in isolation – as opposed to other foam fenders where the end-fittings form an integral part of the internal workings of the fender and which, if damaged by shear forces, can lead to the fender being written off.
Foam Fenders Constructions
Foam fenders are constructed of three parts providing an important function in the construction. The outside closed-cell
polyethylene foam core absorbs the impact from severe operating conditions, while the inside skin of reinforced polyuretane
elastomer resists wear and tear among austere condition.

Construction of Florescence Foam Filled Fender
Our Foam Filled Fenders are constructed of three parts each providing an important function in the construction and lifespan of the fender. The
three parts are (1) The closed cell EVA foam. (2) Outer rubber + nylon cord fabrics. (3) Polyurea spraying coat.
The closed cell EVA foam core used inside offers un-sink ability during operation.
Outer Rubber + Nylon Cord Fabrics
The outer rubber + nylon cord fabrics is specifically designed to seal EVA foam inside and to prevent any leakage.
Polyurea Spraying Coating

Quality Control of Raw Materials
The EVA foam we use in the construction of our Foam Filled Fenders is the closed cell type. It is made from Ethylene Vinyl Acetate and blended
copolymers. It has a high level of chemical cross linking. These foams are flexible and resilient making them ideal for fendering products. Importantly,
the foams are also chemically inert and nonabsorbentmaking them suitable for use in marine environments.
