Instruction of FL bridge preloading water bladder
1. Paving water bag
Spread the water bag to the desired platform, pay attention to the platform can not have sharp things, so as not to damage the water bag
2. Protection
If the height of water bag is more than 2m,the workers must use sandbag(or other way such as scaffold) to reinforce around water bag according to its size,in order to reduce pressure on water bag side and avoid the water bag bursting and rolling.
3. Inject water
Close the drain valve,connect water pipes to inlet valve on both ends,and then use submersible pumps to pump and inject water.Note that the pipe joints can not leak, so as not to leak into the already processed foundation.
4. Preloading
Inject water until reach the required height and preloading until the required time.
5. Drain the water
When finish preloading,connect water pipes to drain valve and drain the water.In order to use water repeatedly,the workers also could connect vacuum pump to inlet valve and inject the water into other water bag.
6. Move and store
After folding the water bag without water,use harness to fasten and then move away from ground.Put the foladable water bag into room and avoid sun exposure in order to extended service life.
When using the water bag,workers should prevent nails or other sharp hard objects to damage the bag.If have damage,use wheel or a wooden file to polish the bag,brushing glue and cover tape to repair(it had better use recommended glue from factory),and then place bag for appropriate time and use it again.
